QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES
Precision offers the full range of QS services outlined by the RICS Quatity Surveying Services Guideline. As a cost consultant Precision will assist in developing the budget from first principle in pre-construction right through to the final account. This includes but is not limited to developing a basic feasibility study, ROM, elemental estimates, provisional BOQ, valuations and more.

Precision offers and facilitates a full turnkey solution for the development of a project, this entails appointing the various professionals and managing the process from inception to completion.
